At Serendipity Australia, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet food products and offer a 14-day return window for any items that arrive damaged or do not meet our premium quality standards. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items for change of mind once the seal has been broken.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    Provide Documentation

    Attach clear photographs of the product and its packaging, especially if the item arrived damaged or spoiled during transit.

  • 3.
    Await Authorization

    Our quality control team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if applicable.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
